Wow Bao is a fast-casual Asian concept started in 2003 by Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago’s iconic Water Tower Place. In addition to several storefronts, the omni-channel brand is now in nearly 700 virtual restaurants across the U.S. as well as more than 6,000 grocery stores, airports, universities, hotels, e-commerce sites, and even hot-food vending machines. Wow Bao is famous for its steamed bao, potstickers, dumplings, rice, and noodle bowls.
